How do I place an order?

You can pop in to see us at the unit and we can go through your order details. Or, you can phone us on 01395 223 005, email us at admin@totaltee.co.uk or make an enquiry by clickling here, and we will contact you back.

Payment & Shipping
​
We accept all cards (but not American Express/Diners) BACS, hard cash or cheques. If you order requires shipping we will price this on a case by case basis, to ensure you pay the correct amount (and don't overpay). Orders are sent via our courier, APC who operate an overnight postal service.

Returns & Refunds
​
If your finished garment is garment is faulty or we have made an error, we will (without any quibbling) give you a replacement or refund if we are unable to rectify it. Please note, that bespoke garments are non refundable (under the consumer rights act 2015) unless faulty.

How long will my order take?
​
We aim to ge all of our orders out within 7 working days from artwork approval. Some merchandise items may take a little longer, but we will inform you up front. We will call you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Can I supply the garments?
​
Yes! We will happily decorate your supplied garments.
